Questions & Answers
How easy is your booking process?
Very easy! We typically respond in the first 10 minutes after contacting. After answering any questions you have, when ready to book, you will receive a simple agreement stating the date and terms of your wedding package! You can sign digitally or by print. We accept Zelle, Venmo or Check by mail. Whatever is easiest for you!
What happens if our videographer gets sick or can’t make the wedding?
Don’t worry, not only has that never happened, in the rare instance if it did, we have you covered! Our team consist of 7 full time videographers all located in Cincinnati and Dayton. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that we have everything covered!
Do you work well with photographers?
We value good communication and collaboration, and we always strive to maintain a positive and professional relationship with all vendors!
How long does it take to get our video back?
Couples LOVE our turnaround time...
We have a 3-10 day return on your video! We like to start editing right away.
Can I choose the songs?
Absolutely! Either before or after the wedding you can let us know any songs you’d like to use! Most couples pick 2-3 songs.
How many videographers will be at my wedding?
All of our packages include 1 videographer. We have found that having 2 videographers is overkill. Plus it saves you money! We are more than able to get the shots we need throughout the day. But if you really want an additional videographer, that can be added!

We strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere on your wedding day, and we are dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
How do you deliver the finished products?
Everything is delivered digitally for download. We also offer a physical video book!
